This priority service is available for delivery everywhere in Switzerland. Items ordered using PostPac Priority are delivered on the next working day (Monday to Friday) when you place your order before 2pm. For orders placed after 2pm, please allow two working days for delivery. Postage cost includes liability cover for up to CHF 500. You can also track the progress of your parcel using ‘Track and Trace’.

For exchanges you can send your items back to us, postage paid, from any SwissPost post office using our Business Reply Service (part of the PostPac service).
When goods are in stock, we dispatch the same day when you order before 2pm. We use SwissPost PostPac Economy for our deliveries and the goods will be delivered within 3 working days. Alternatively, you can request a next day delivery service using PostPac Priority. If your requested goods are not in stock, we will inform you immediately. It is of utmost importance to us at TipTop Equestre that the customer is kept informed of the status of their order. We endeavour to keep our website up to date with all sizes and colours in stock, however, due to high demand our stock levels are depleted. If the item you require is not in stock, and the delivery schedule does not meet your requirements, we are happy to offer you a full refund.
It is the obligation of the purchaser to ensure that the goods in question are returned to TipTop Equestre SA.
Goods which become damage through, in your opinion, poor workmanship or defective materials, should be returned to TipTop Equestre SA for immediate inspection. In some cases, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. In such cases, up to 28 days should be allowed for the manufacturer to comment. At this point, the manufacturer may rectify the goods if they have already been used, or they may replace them. Under no circumstances should damaged items continue to be used, as in such a case you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. For justified claims, postage fees will be reimbursed. Any goods which fail to meet your expectations should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods should be in an unused, undamaged and unsoiled condition with the original tags.
If you wish to exchange or receive a refund for the item, please ensure that it is sent back to us within this 14 day period. If a refund is required, a full refund will be given less the value of any external charges incurred (i.e the original postage fee). If you would like to exchange or replace the products, please enclose a note with the returned parcel, specifying whether you would like a refund, or for the goods to be replaced with another colour or size.
The return will be credited when the returned goods have been received by us.
When you order a Haygain HG600 or HG1000 machine, this will be delivered either by courier or directly by a TipTop Equestre representative. You will receive a detailed talk-through and demonstration of how to use your Haygain Hay Steamer as part of the price quoted. Full telephone support is also provided to help you get the most from your Haygain Hay Steamer.
There is a 'no returns' policy on Flexineb (horse nebuliser) due to the nature of its usage for administering controlled medicines. However any broken parts will be replaced free of charge within its warranty period.
